Product recall notice

 I. KATSAOUNIDIS & CO S.A. informs its customers and partners that as of May 13 2026, is proceeding with a precautionary recall/withdrawal of a specific batch of Styropan XPS ETICS 1250mm X 600mm X 20mm, (Extruded polystyrene boards intended for building external insulation systems) the identified as lot number: 12.03.2024, with production date: March 12, 2024. The recall concerns only the specific identified batch and does not concern other batches of the above product or other company’s products. The safety of our company’s products remains our top priority. Customers and partners who may have products from the identified batch in their possession are requested to stop any further sale or use and to contact the company immediately for further instructions.
