Polyquick

Polyquick 3000 is an expanded and extruded polystyrene cutting machine, perfectly designed for use in construction sites for professionals.
Its use is based on a system of a heated wire, with an advantage over conventional cuts when using a saw or a blade, since this way the cuts are extremely precise and clean, while, furthermore, there are no statically charged polystyrene granules. With PolyQuick, larger volumes of polystyrene can also be cut and even the most complex cuts are now possible.

Polyquick straight cuts -insulation panel cut
  1. Adjust the angle of the handle and of both sides at 0 degrees.
  2. Mark the desired cut line on the polystyrene board.
  3. Lift the handle and place the polystyrene board on the base.
  4. Use the auxiliary arm to place the material on the cutting point.
  5. Press the button and keep it pressed.
  6. Push the handle towards the material to cut it.
  7. Release the button and the heated wire will cool after a few seconds.

  1. Adjust the angle of the handle and of both sides at 0 degrees.
  2. Mark the desired cut line on the polystyrene board.
  3. Lift the handle and place the polystyrene board on the base.
  4. Press the button and keep it pressed (the wire is heated).
  5. Push the handle towards the material to cut it.
  6. When you reach the desired stage depth, move the material to the left until the cutting process is completed.
  7. Release the button and the heated wire will cool after a few seconds.

  2. Lift the handle and place the polystyrene board on the base.

  2. Mark the desired cut line on the polystyrene board.

  6. When you reach the desired stage depth, move the material to the right.
  7. After you reach the desired bevel width, lift the handle.

With the use of Polyquick 3000, the possibilities are endless. There is the possibility of turning the arc from 0-55ο while the arm can also be rotated from 0-45ο (slab alignment with stop). Additionally, there is a special provision of lateral cuts 0- 10% as well as a telescopic arc handle with extension from 330mm to 530mm.
The polystyrene insulation boards to be cut can be aligned with the arm bearing a special stop. There is a foldable leg for stabilizing the machine as well as a special provision for fixing on the scaffoldings. In addition, the cutting system includes a transformer that can be connected to a foot switch for greater convenience and speed of work. Its curved base offers additional stability.

The telescopic handle allows the arm extension from 330 mm to 550 mm

 

 

 

 

 By loosening the clamping lever, the arm is extended up to 530 mm, allowing the boards to be placed horizontally and vertically, making cuts that were otherwise impossible, to be carried out rapidly and simply.
