Procut Premium is a reliable and flexible solution for quick cutting of expanded and extruded polystyrene. The boards to be cut must free of glue, adhesive residues and other contaminants. Procut Premium can be used to cut boards as thick as 200 mm with straight and diagonal cuts.

Procut Premium possible cutting types:

STRAIGHT CUTS

Place the polystyrene board on a stable and safe place.
Put the blade towards the material in order to cut it.
Press the start button and keep it pressed (see next picture).
After 15 – 20 seconds, begin to cut with moderate but steady pressure.

DIAGONAL CUTS

Place the polystyrene board on a stable and safe place
Adjust the arm at the desired angle (0-90 degrees).
Put the blade towards the material in order to cut it.
Press the start button and keep it pressed (see next picture).
After 15 – 20 seconds begin to cut with moderate but steady pressure.

ATTENTION
*Do not touch the blade with bare hands before 3 minutes have passed and it has cooled, risk of serious burns.
** Do not keep the start button pressed for more than 60 seconds.
