Technical specifications

The philosophy of Styropan is that the quality of its products must not only be high but also certified. From this point of view, Styropan is certified according to the ISO 9001 standard and its thermal insulation products are certified according to the EN 13163 (EPS) and the EN 13164 (XPS) standards. The conformity evaluation is carried out according to the EN 13172 and based on the Initial Type Test (ITT) as well as the factory production control (FPC). Before our products reach the market, they undergo constant and detailed controls to ensure their high and constant quality.

Technical terms explanation of the following board:

  1. λD: Declared value of thermal conductivity
  2. RD: Declared value of thermal resistance
  3. TR: Declared value of thermal resistance
  4. XPS: Extruded polystyrene
